This house is one of our most recent additions. Built to give you open spaces, with a simple, clean, and upscale design.
You will find small details that complement the design to make you feel at home.

House distribution

This vacation rental home features two bedrooms with a full private bathroom each, air conditioner, and a satellite TV.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed a sofa bed. In the second room, you will find two comfy queen beds.

Both the living room and bedrooms have sliding windows providing door access to the pool area and the stunning views from Arenal volcano.

This property is tucked away in the exclusive La Huerta Condominium, part of Ecoquintas Real State project. This Costa Rican investment project seeks to provide high-quality properties in areas that stand out for their natural aesthetics. 

Enjoy all the condo private features,  such as private security and the large pool.

Just 2 km away from the Center of La Fortuna, you will have easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, tours, art shops, and more.

Feeling like taking a forest bath? Just walk a few steps from the house to the trails next to Sloth House. You will be able to observe a variety of bird species and, with a little luck, spot the sloths and monkeys that wander around.
