This double-story cottage is located in a private condominium, part of Ecoquintas.  This is a costarican real state project that aims to provide a mix of exclusive interior spaces and natural surroundings. 

House distribution

The first level of this property features a wide living room with a satellite TV, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Walk 10 minutes to get your local ingredients at La Fortuna Center.

Also on this floor, you will find two bedrooms with a double bed each one and the first bathroom.

Facing the balcony, the Mezzanine on the second level is the focus of this house, a space that can accommodate four more people.

With the stillness from the volcano view, this will become your favorite spot to lounge with your computer, grab a glass of wine with your people or perhaps practice some yoga.
